Serves 4 6 ounces of elbow macaroni, cooked 8-ounce package of shredded cheddar cheese ¼ cup of Parmesan cheese 1 Tbsp of margarine 1/2 tsp of mustard 1/2 tsp of salt (Optional) 8 ounces or 3/4 of a 12 oz. Can of evaporated milk Preheat oven to 425°F. Melt margarine, milk, salt, ¾ of the package of cheddar cheese and the ¼ cup of Parmesan cheese in a large saucepan over low heat. Stir frequently until melted. When all of the ingredients above are melted Remove the saucepan from the heat and add the cooked macaroni. Blend together well. Pour the macaroni and cheese into a small baking dish and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the macaroni and cheese from the oven and serve.
