Tonight I boiled up the pintos for chili verde. Later on dh fried up the chicken mince, we didn't have any diced chicken. We liked it. I remembered that they are like white kidney beans, that is true, nice and soft. Nothing like borlotti beans.
There is so much chicken mince at our shop, we can do it again.

That sounds yummy, Linda.  I have leftover ham, but I'll be using that tomorrow night. I'm thinking CP Philly Steak and Cheese and green salad. |
