We had these tonight.
Tuna Burgers
6oz tin of tunafish in brine 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese 1/4 cup mayonnaise 1 tab tomato ketchup or 1/4 extra 1 tab lemon juice or 1/4 extra ground pepper 4 hamburger buns/bread rolls butter
Drain tuna well. Put it in a bowl. Add cheese, mayonnaise, tomato ketchup and lemon. Add pepper. Mix it all together well. Butter the buns lightly. Spread mixture evenly on 4 halves. Put the top on each burger. Wrap each one in absorbent paper or kitchen paper towel. Cook two at a time on high for 1 1/2 minutes. Be careful they may be hot.
