Orange Smoothie (serves 2)
1/3 cup (80 mL) frozen orange juice concentrate 3/4 cup (180 mL) low-fat or fat-free milk 3/4 cup (180 mL) low-fat or non-fat vanilla yogurt 1/2 teaspoon (3 mL) vanilla extract 1 cup (250 cc) ice cubes
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor (or just shake in a covered container) and mix until smooth. Serve immediately.
