Serves 2
1 medium banana, peeled, sliced and frozen 1 cup vanilla nonfat yogurt, light variety, no added sugar ¾ cup chilled cranberry juice, lighter variety with added calcium 1 cup fat free milk or soy milk
Combine all the ingredients in a blender or food processor. Cover and process until smooth. Serve immediately. Makes: 2 servings
