Frozen Bananas Skim Milk Peanut BUtter Vanilla Yogurt Sweetener
Blend frozen banana slices, milk, peanut butter, vanilla and your choice of sweetener. You can substitute vanilla yogurt for the milk, vanilla and sweetener to make it faster.
To make it lower carb replace the milk with cottage cheese and it will taste creamier.
