½ lb lean ground beef 1 chopped onion 1 can vegetable soup salt and pepper 1 cup cooked beans 2-1/4 cups water 2 sliced potatoes dumplings
Brown meat and onion, drain fat. Add soup, potatoes, water, simmer until potatoes are almost done. Add dumplings, cover, cook until dumplings are done.
