1 lb cherry tomatoes 1/4 Cup dried plain bread crumbs 1 Tbsp. fresh mint, chopped 1 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped 1 Tbsp. fresh basil, chopped 1 Tbsp. fresh chives, snipped - pepper to taste -
Preheat broiler. Cut off top of each tomato; leaving shell and skin, scoop out pulp and place in medium bowl. Add remaining ingredients to pulp; stir until well combined. Place about 1 tablespoon into each tomato. Place tomatoes on broiler pan and broil for 3 to 5 minutes or until heated thoroughly.
