Spinach Casserole 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach 1 C. sour cream 1 envelope onion soup mix 1/4 C. chopped nuts Cook spinach and drain well. Mix spinach, sour cream and soup mix. Then refrigerate. Bake at 350°F. for approximately 20 minutes, uncovered. Sprinkle on nuts and bake for an additional 15 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
