Fried Cabbage 1 medium cabbage 1/4 C. butter 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. paprika 1/2 C. heavy cream 1 Tsp. vinegar Shred cabbage. Melt butter in a large skillet. Add cabbage; and toss in the butter. Reduce heat to low and season with salt and paprika. Cook, uncovered, for 15 minutes, stirring frequently. Just before serving, stir in cream and vinegar and bring to a boil.
