Glazed Carrots
4 Tbs. butter
1 Tbs. brown sugar
2 Tbs. honey
1/4 tsp. grated orange rind
1 Tbs. orange juice
12 carrots, small
Boil carrots whole until tender but firm.
Blend other ingredients and add to melted butter in frying pan.
Add carrots and sauté slowly over low heat until glazed.
Roll in chopped parsley and serve.
