Brussel Sprouts With Chilli & SpeckINGREDIENTS * 20 Brussels Sprouts * 100g Cubed Speck * pinch Chilli Flake * Sea Salt * Cracked Pepper * 1 Lemon Zest * 1 tablespoon Butter Method 1. Take the ends of the sprouts and make a cross incision in the bottom to allow the flavours to permeate into the sprout. 2. Place in a baking tray with the speck, butter, salt & pepper and cook for 25 minutes on 200 degrees Celsius (you may like to cook the speck for 10 minutes prior to get it crispy). 3.
