6 Sirloin steaks 1/4 cup brown sugar 1-1/2 Tbsp grainy mustard 1 Tbsp white vinegar 1 onion, finely chopped 1 bay leaf 1/2 cup sesame oil 1 cup beer Combine all ingredients (except steaks) in a pan. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Pour over steaks. Let stand for two hours, turning steaks occasionally. Grill steaks and enjoy
