Waffle Iron Turtle Cookies
Ingredients
2 sqs. Baking chocolate
1/2 cup butter or oleo
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1 tsp vanilla
Directions
Melt chocolate and butter. Set aside. Mix eggs, sugar, flour, and
vanilla together --- add chocolate mixture. Drop by teaspoons on hot
waffle iron and bake 1 minute. (1 teaspoon of dough per section of
waffle iron) Frost with vanilla or chocolate glaze when cool.
