Beer Bread
Preheat oven to 375
In bowl mix together
3 cups self-rising flour 1 12-oz can beer 3 Tablespoons sugar
Stir well, pour into well-greased loaf pan, or quart cassarole dish. Bake for 50 minutes.
Melt 3 T. butter, pour over loaf, bake 10 more minutes
