1 large banana 1/2 C non-fat yogurt or non-fat frozen yogurt 1/2 C glazed fruit (posted in Salads) 2 Tbsp carob peanut butter syrup (posted in Appetizers) 2 Tbsp slivered almonds
Cut each banana in half and then in quarters, lengthwise. Place two pieces of banana in each sherbet cup and top with 2 Tbsp yogurt or frozen yogurt. Top yogurt with glazed fruit and 1 tsp. carob peanut butter sauce.
