2 cups raspberry sorbet or sherbet 1 cup of cold skim milk 1 pkg (4serving size) jello vanilla fat free instant pudding 3 cups of thawed cool whip light whip topping 1 cup of raspberry
Line a 9x5 loaf pan with foil. spoon sorbet into pan freeze 10 min. Pour milk into large bowl . Add dry pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk 2min. .or until well blended. Gently stir in whipped topping. Spread pudding mixture over sorbet in pan. Freeze 3 hours or overnight. To unmold invert pan onto plat remove foil. Top with raspberry just before serving. Let stand 10 to 15 minutes before cutting into 12 slices Make 12 very small slices.
I have tried this recipe it fantastic people asked for more I would double the recipe myself next time. I did use the fat free pudding I also used ff cool whip.
Could be done other flavors too, how about orange sorbet and chocolate pudding and cocolate cool whip
