Shrimp & Shell with Louis Salad Sauce 6 cups (12 oz)Sea Shells uncooked Sauce Louis (recipe follows) 1lb. Samll cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined 1/2 cup chopped fresh tomato 1/2 cup sliced green onions 1/4 cup finely chopped sweet red pepper 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Rinse with cold water to cool quickly; drain well. Meanwhile, prepare Sauce Louis. Stir in cooked pasta and remaining ingredients. Serve immmediatley, or cover and refrigerate. Serves 8. SAUCE LOUIS: In a large bowl, whisk together 1 cup of mayo, 1/2 cup ranch salad dressing, 1/3 cup chili sauce, 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice, and 1 teaspoon of worcestershire sauce and 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 of pepper.
