Serves 4
1/2 head green cabbage, shredded 1 large carrot, shredded 1/4 C white wine vinegar or rice vinegar 2 Tbsp lemon flavored olive oil salt and pepper to taste
Combine cabbage, carrots and vinegar and mix well. Drizzle in lemon oil and mix well until all ingredients are well coated. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper
