Makes 4 servings - 4 carbs per serving
Salad: 2 cups Shredded cabbage dash of celery seed
Mayonnaise Dressing: 1/4 cup mayonnaise 1/2 packet sugar-free sweetener (such as Splenda) 3 tablespoons heavy cream
OR
Faux Honey Mustard Dressing: 1 cup real mayonnaise 1/3 cup mustard 2 tablespoons lemon juice 1 packets sugar-free sweetener (such as Splenda)
Whisk dressing ingredients together and toss with cabbage and celery seed.
