1 beef roast (whatever cut you like) 1 jar of spagetti sauce. Put roast in crock and pour sauce over, turn on LOW, and go to work. That's all you do. The acid in the spagetti sauce makes the beef so tender it melts in your mouth. I also serve egg noodles with this.
