I dry roast chicken breasts, pork chops, and roasts. I sprinkle seasonings on it (like Lawry's pepper salt or Greek seasonings), then roast on low heat for 3-5 hours, depending upon the amount placed in the crock pot.
I even start with frozen meat with equally good results, but you do have to cook it about 1-2 hours longer.
