We have a friend who does lots of cooking like this and he has a few home-down "contests" during the year, so I hope to make one soon. I have made a few things in mine, but just things like stews, "crock-pot" type recipes. I'd have baked Sheepherders bread in it...it litterally pops the lid off of the cast iron dutch oven! It's really cool!
I'll try and find my recipe for it today and post it over the weekend.
