1 8-oz. package cream cheese, softened 1 8-oz. can crushed pineapple, well drained 2/3 cup canned pumpkin 1 and 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded 1 jar 2.5-oz. dried beef, minced 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Shape into a ball and chill for at least 1 hour before serving. Serve with crackers and/or cut vegetables.
The Skinny: Use light or fat free cheeses.
