1/2 pound small shrimp, cooked, peeled and diced 8 oz. cream cheese, softened 1 clove garlic, minced 1 cucumber, peeled, seeded and diced 1/2 cup sour cream 3 green onions, finely chopped 1 Tbsp. ketchup 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Combine all ingredients and mix well; serve with crackers. The Cucumber Shrimp Spread is a great appetizer. The cucumber adds freshness and crunch and works well with the cream cheese and shrimp.
The Skinny: Use light cream cheese and sour cream.
