1 large can of evaporated milk 3 pounds of ground beef 2 cups quick oatmeal 2 eggs (beaten) 1 large onion, chopped 1 teas. salt 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, pepper, and chili powder Mix together, shape into balls (ice cream scoop works well) Use plastic food preparation gloves for easy mixing. Makes 24 good size balls. I normally double recipe. They freeze well. Barbeque Sauce: 2 cups tomato ketchup 1 Tablespoons liquid smoke 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 cup onion, chopped 1/2 cup of brown sugar Heat until sugar melts and pour over meatballs. Bake 1 hour or more depending on size of balls at 350°F .
