2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese 1 pound shrimp 1 bunch green onions, chopped 1 tablespoons mayonnaise 1 tsp Creole seasoning Pinch cayenne, paprika, garlic powder
Boil the shrimp in shrimp boil. Drain, chop them finely, and reserve the liquid used to boil them. Soften the cream cheese and add the saved shrimp boil. Add the chopped green onions, mayonnaise and shrimp. Mix until smooth. Add all of the remaining seasonings and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
