I actually wanted to be an attorney, a race car driver or a mafia hit man. Thank goodness I ended up as an adminitrative assistant to an architect and engineer.

Pat, if you could have lunch with anyone...living or deceased, who would it be, and why?

Easy one - it would be my mom. She died when I was 5 and I went into a state of shock. Unfortunately I now have no memories of my mother at all.

No, not bad memories Michelle. I have no memories. She died 38 years ago hon. I've lived my entire life without her. It's not that I miss her, I'd just like to "meet" her. I was so young and it was a tramatic event (she died having my little sister). But definitely not a bad memory, just an empty spot. I grew up with my grandmother, who I called mama, and she really was my mom to me and especially to my sister.

I loved Star Trek so much. I also loved Scooby Doo as my favorite cartoon. I loved The Six Million Dollar Man, The Bionic Woman and Wonder Woman as well. Guess I was hoping for some high tech stuff in my future.

What's your favorite piece of technology? After the computer, that is!

I'm not sure which I prefer to grow the most. It's a toss up between my flowers and veggies. I love my flowers and the variety that I can have with them but I also love my veggie garden and the special joy of that first taste of the new season.
As for fav piece of technology, I love music so I'm going to have to say my cd player. Eventually I want an ipod as well. Ryan has an ipod and I'm just so impressed that it can hold 500 songs and you can find them almost instantly.

Pat, my guilty secret is that I bought an ipod for me at the start of the year - I love it! Not only for music storage, but because I can download podcasts for radio programs I don't get to hear otherwise. On our government owned radio station, the ABC, are programs like Life Matters and the Health Report which are terrific.
Now Pat, one more question - what color was your hair when you were in grade 6, and what color is it now??

In 6th grade my hair was blonde. Now however, it's a medium brown with blonde highlights added. I have a skilled hairdresser who keeps my gray well hidden. LOL
Being as the week is coming to an end, I'd like to nominate Deed as our next member of the week.
So Deed, please give us an update on the kitties at your house. How are they all doing, any new ones, what's your ratio of boys/girls? and do you have a favorite?

So Deed, please give us an update on the kitties at your house. How are they all doing, any new ones, what's your ratio of boys/girls? and do you have a favorite?Thank you Pat! ;D Oh my, um lets see, most everyone is doing well. Squeaks had a bad hematoma on her ear last week and had to have surgery. She is doing much better now as she has been on antibiotics all week and goes back on Monday to have the stitches removed. Everyone else is good and we have 22 in the house, no new ones since last year but I see a bunch are getting fat outside! Girls Bubbie Squeaks Olga Audra Clarissa (Lissa) Madeline Trixie Alice BoysNicky Snowy Ralphie Fonzerelli Sidney Ollie Hoss (Rooney) Peanut Theo Indiana Jones (Indy) Tigger Teddy Bear Lukie Popeye (Poppy) So that is 8 Girls and 14 Boys ;D All the boys are neutered now but still have to have 3 of the girls spayed which is Lissa, Trixie and Alice. Oh and just 3 sibling groups Sid/Ollie (Ralphie and Olga are their parents), Theo/Lissa, Trixie/Alice. Although I think (and know to some extent) that they are all related somehow except Bubbie and maybe Squeaks. LOL
